There will be no exceptions to our policies. By booking your appointment you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Client Satisfaction: Wink by Taty takes great pride in the work we do for our clients, as we hope to become your favorite place for your beauty and skin services. We adhere to our policies to enhance the experience for everyone. There are no refunds on our services, however if you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 48 hours.
Booking: Square & Gloss Genius are the booking services we use. They are set to require a card on file to book your appointment. All new clients will be required to pay a deposit before you will be added to the schedule. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, your card on file will be charged and the deposit is non-refundable.
Late Policy: Please give notice through text or email if you are going to be late so we can try our best to accommodate, but please note that this is not always possible. 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will be subject to being rescheduled and charged accordingly to the service(s) booked. No contact at 15 minutes will be considered a “no show” and you will be charged accordingly to the service(s) booked. Rarely can we take clients earlier or later than scheduled so as a courtesy and consideration of other clients, please schedule accordingly.
Intake/Consultation: All necessary forms will be sent to you after you book an appointment., once the form is completed your appointment will be accepted/scheduled. These forms are crucial, as they help us to know what is best for each individual. All forms must be completely filled out before we can perform any service or add you to our schedule.
Cancellation or Rescheduling: Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. It is understandable that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment, but we greatly appreciate if you do so before 24 hours of your appointment time. This can be done through the confirmation text/email you received when appointment was made. If no notice is given within 24 hours, the appointment is considered confirmed. Any no shows or cancellations made after the 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge for the scheduled service and deposit is forfeited (discounts or promos are excluded).
Important Note: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately. Allergic reactions are often present on the outside of the eye, redness and swelling may be present. Chemical burns however are due to the fumes from cyanoacrylate present in adhesives, so it may cause some irritation in some circumstances. Reactions or allergies are not always foreseeable. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to any of these services or products in the past, please let us know before your appointment, as well as on our forms. We cannot give any medical advice so please contact a medical professional to any medical related questions.
A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply book this request at least 48 hours before an appointment for any of our services if you are unsure. (Lash Extensions, Brow Tint, Henna, Lash Lift, Lamination).
